DORM will plan to research and consultancy assignments in Rural Development Sector and local government Systems. The programmes are intended to create knowledge base, develop state of the arts facilities and understanding of various dimensions of rural transformation.

Mission is to facilitate human development in rural areas through continuous interventions by way of training, research and consultancy.
